As a transfer student, I have found that the greatest hurdle to overcome was the moving in and routine process for attending a university, which in this case is the University of Illinois. I have spent my first few days on campus making trips to Walmart, picking driving/biking/bus routes, and stocking up on food and supplies. Who knew picking out rugs took as much effort and measurements as putting in cabinets. Anyway, I had to make two trips to the store to get that straightened out and pick up some dishes and kitchen supplies. Afterwards, I made sure I purchased plenty of food from ALDI and bathroom goods. Once that was done, I shifted my focus to planning class routes.
